    I took this position because of the creative opportunities that were available to take charge of. My duties include: maintaining organization’s website by keeping program materials and events up to date, create and monitor programs’ promotional campaigns by setting goals and tracking results, writing copy for program materials such as e-mails, press releases, fliers, brochures, and post cards, buying digital and print advertising for programs, attending webinars/seminars to keep up with the latest trends in the industry, reviewing/reporting on website and social media analytics for optimal results, and doing market research.

  • Purchasing Web Administrative Assistant at BMI Merchandise

    My duties included: negotiating prices for merchandise from both international and domestic vendors, creating spreadsheets for client presentations using Excel, creating planograms for merchandise at various locations using Shelf Logic, measuring/planning promotional campaigns for clients, created purchase orders for imported merchandise, and maintaining/updating product catologue on company site.

    This was a contract position.
